HOLLYWOOD POKER FREE
CHIP BONUS AND SITE REVIEW
HollywoodPoker.com

I hadn't heard of HollywoodPoker until they contacted me and asked me to
review their site. After sending me some start cash to do so, I agreed. I had
very low expectations for a site I haven't heard of, and then especially one
with the word "Hollywood" in it. My expectations proved to be incorrect,
however.

Endorsed by James Woods and Vince Van Patten, HollywoodPoker's angle is
providing regular players with the chance to play with celebrities. There is a
long list of celebrities who actually play there, with Mena Suvari, French
Stewart, Mimi Rogers, James Woods, and Matt Damon to name just a few.

HollywoodPoker's table options are nice. The cards and table graphics are
both generous to the eye, and user-friendly at the same time. In fact, they
have shortcut keys - something I've never seen on any other site yet! Using
the F1, F2, and F3 keys, players can quickly fold, call, or raise. This could
have enormous benefits when multitabling, or especially when multitabling limit
games! This small feature is extremely handy.

The site also has a lot of customizable options and interesting features, such
as allowing players to create their own private tables for ring games! They
can create public or private tables - fantastic if you just want to play with your
friends. HollywoodPoker also has shorthanded ring and sit-and-go's, ranging
from 3 to 5 players. There are also 'mini-chatrooms' while you wait for your
tournaments and sit-and-go's to start.

One downside to HollywoodPoker is that some of the site is done through their
website, such as the cashier and some other areas. This can be bothersome
as it takes a little while to load, and opens up more windows. Another small
downside is that HollywoodPoker's tournaments don't provide a list of all the
players in the tournament and allow you to sort by name or chipstack. Instead,
you must view each table one-by-one.

A couple of additional features of the site include the ability to classify players,
which is similar to note-taking, but lets you add a tiny icon to each player,
which allows you to easily identify their style/strength. Another feature is how
the site has live support in the lobby chatroom, and often you can get any
questions you have answered instantly.

Overall, I recommend trying HollywoodPoker out - I was impressed with their
software, and the offer many features and bonus's that other sites don't. Best
of all, you have the opportunity of meeting and playing with many celebrities!
